Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with detpkr

By accessing, browsing, or using the detpkr platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and detpkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the detpkr platform and close your account.

detpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register a detpkr account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. detpkr strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old, without exception.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of detpkr or its affiliated companies.
• You must not be located in, or accessing detpkr from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

detpkr operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual may hold only one active registered account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Identity Verification (KYC)

detpkr is obligated to verify the identity and age of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where applicable, a bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot matching your registered payment details. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your detpkr account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

Login Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. You are required to choose a strong, unique password and to keep it confidential at all times. detpkr will never contact you to request your password via any channel — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal and financial information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly. detpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information, including undelivered withdrawal payments resulting from incorrect banking details.

Shared Devices

If you access detpkr from a shared device — including shared household computers or shared mobile phones — you are responsible for ensuring your account session is securely logged out after each use. detpkr is not liable for unauthorised account access resulting from inadequate logout practices on shared devices.

All financial transactions on the detpkr platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). detpkr does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied; the amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your account wallet.

Accepted Payment Methods

• JazzCash — Instant deposits; withdrawals within 1–4 hours.
• EasyPaisa — Instant deposits; withdrawals within 1–4 hours.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Deposits clear within 30 minutes; withdrawals within 24 hours.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. detpkr does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. Only payment methods registered in your own name — matching your detpkr KYC identity — are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified account identity. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account KYC verification must be complete. detpkr reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals requested during promotional bonus wagering periods may be subject to temporary holds until wagering requirements are met. Full details are set out in the individual promotion terms.

detpkr offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer as published on the promotions page, in addition to these general bonus rules.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. One account, one household, one IP address, and one device are all treated as a single player for bonus eligibility purposes.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games — as specified in the offer terms — contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• detpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or modify promotion terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practical.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated betting software, or other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage will be treated as bonus abuse. detpkr reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, close the account, and withhold any associated funds where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at detpkr's sole discretion.

All bets placed on detpkr are final and binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying that the details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the specific sport or market rules.

Sports Betting

detpkr offers sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and other selected sports. The applicable betting rules for each sport — including rules on abandoned events, walkovers, postponements, and in-play betting — are published within the relevant market and sport section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific sport rules, the specific sport rules shall prevail for that market.

Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, and game show titles — are operated using independently certified random number generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are displayed within the game information panel. The displayed RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual gaming session.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on detpkr. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or market and may vary by product, game title, or player account level. detpkr reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error, detpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stakes. Winnings derived from a clear error will not be paid out. detpkr will communicate with affected players within a reasonable timeframe in such circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the detpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with any market offered on detpkr.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing detpkr support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
• Attempting to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

All content on the detpkr platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game titles, audio-visual content, odds compilation methodology, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of detpkr or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the detpkr platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any content from the detpkr platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the detpkr platform.
• Using the detpkr name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or indexing the platform's odds or game data for use on any third-party service.

Any unauthorised use of detpkr intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

detpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The primary purposes for which detpkr collects personal data include: identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support delivery, and regulatory compliance. detpkr will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, detpkr excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or in connection with your use of the detpkr platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a betting or gaming decision made by you.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond detpkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.
• Losses or damages resulting from reliance on any information published on the detpkr platform, including game guides, betting tips, or promotional descriptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause.

Where detpkr's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your detpkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by detpkr's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

detpkr is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online casino games and sports betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress or personal hardship. Player Protection Tools

detpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — registered players will be notified via their registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the effective date. For non-material or clarificatory changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Termination by detpkr

detpkr may suspend or permanently terminate your account and withhold any balance therein if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction. Where an account is terminated for breach of Terms, detpkr is not obligated to return any remaining balance if the breach involved fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or violation of anti-money laundering obligations.

Termination by You

You may close your detpkr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@detpkr.net. Before closure, any remaining balance (net of pending withdrawals and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests typically process within 3 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which detpkr is incorporated and licensed to operate.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and detpkr, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email so that we can attempt to resolve the matter inform ally and promptly. The majority of player concerns are resolved within 24–48 hours through our standard support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in our FAQ. detpkr will respond to formal complaints in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
